01장비보다 장면을 먼저 말하세요Describe the shot before the gear

Riggle은 결과물에서 거꾸로 장비를 고릅니다. 카메라 이름부터 물으면 그 카메라에 대한 답이 나오지만, 무엇을 어디서 누구와 찍는지 말하면 카메라와 렌즈, 조명, 찍는 방법까지 함께 나옵니다. 전문 용어는 몰라도 됩니다. 평소 말하듯 장면을 설명하세요.Riggle works backward from the result. Name a camera and you get an answer about that camera. Say what you’re shooting, where, and with whom, and you get the camera, lens, lighting, and a way to shoot it. You don’t need production vocabulary — describe the scene the way you’d tell a friend.

어디에 쓰일지도 꼭 적어주세요. 세로 릴스인지, 유튜브인지, 광고나 인쇄물인지에 따라 화면비와 화질 기준이 달라집니다.Say where it will run, too. Vertical Reels, YouTube, a commercial, or print each set a different frame and quality bar.

02답을 바꾸는 조건을 함께 적으세요Include the conditions that change the answer

같은 인터뷰라도 예산, 인원과 숙련도, 장소, 시간대에 따라 답이 완전히 달라집니다. 전원을 쓸 수 없는 야외라면 조명 구성부터 바뀌고, 혼자 찍는다면 무겁고 복잡한 장비는 빠집니다. 세 줄이 한 줄보다 훨씬 정확합니다.The same interview gets a very different answer depending on budget, crew size and experience, location, and time of day. No power outdoors changes the lighting from the start; shooting alone takes heavy, complicated rigs off the list. Three lines beat one by a wide margin.

• 예산과 날짜 — 하루인지, 며칠인지Budget and dates — one day or several
• 인원과 경험 — 혼자 찍는지, 조명을 다뤄봤는지Crew and experience — whether you’re solo, whether you’ve handled lights
• 장소 — 실내·야외, 공간 크기, 천장 높이, 전원Location — indoors or out, room size, ceiling height, power
• 시간대와 분위기 — 낮인지 밤인지, 원하는 느낌Time of day and mood — day or night, and the look you want

모르는 항목은 비워둬도 됩니다. 답에 꼭 필요한 조건이 빠지면 Riggle이 먼저 확인 질문을 합니다.Leave out what you don’t know yet. If something the answer depends on is missing, Riggle asks first.

03가진 장비에서 출발해 ‘만약에’로 물어보세요Start from your own kit, then ask “what if”

쓰고 있는 바디와 렌즈, 조명을 알려주면 Riggle은 그 장비로 이번 촬영에서 어디까지 할 수 있는지부터 봅니다. 그다음 무엇 하나를 바꾸거나 빌렸을 때 결과가 가장 좋아지는지 알려줍니다. 필요 없는 렌탈을 줄이는 가장 빠른 방법입니다.Tell Riggle the body, lenses, and lights you already use, and it starts from how far that kit goes for this shoot. Then it tells you which single swap or rental would improve the result most. It’s the quickest way to stop renting what you don’t need.

좋은 질문은 대부분 비교입니다. Riggle은 예·아니오로 끝내지 않고, 이번 촬영에 맞는 구체적인 대안과 그 이유로 답합니다. 장비만이 아니라 배치, 모디파이어, 설정, 촬영 시간대도 대안이 됩니다. 두 제품을 비교해 달라고 하면 차이를 표로 나란히 정리해 드립니다.Most good questions are comparisons. Riggle doesn’t stop at yes or no — it answers with a concrete alternative for this shoot, and why. Alternatives aren’t only gear: placement, modifiers, settings, and time of day count too. Ask it to compare two products and you get the differences side by side in a table.

• “A7 IV와 24-70mm F4, 소형 LED 하나가 있어요. 이걸로 최선은 뭐고, 하나만 빌린다면 뭘 빌릴까요?”“I have an A7 IV, a 24-70mm f/4, and one small LED. What’s the best I can do with this, and if I rent one thing, what should it be?”
• “FX3 대신 A7S III로 가면 무엇을 포기하게 되나요?”“What do I give up going from an FX3 to an A7S III?”
• “예산을 절반으로 줄이면 무엇부터 빼야 해요?”“If I halve the budget, what goes first?”

04말 대신 레퍼런스를 보여주세요Show a reference instead of describing it

“감성적인”, “고급스러운” 같은 말은 사람마다 다르게 읽힙니다. 입력창의 +로 참고 이미지나 콘티 PDF를 첨부하고, 그중 무엇이 마음에 드는지 짚어주세요. “이 사진의 창가 빛처럼”이 형용사 열 개보다 정확합니다. (회원 전용)Words like “moody” or “premium” read differently to everyone. Use + in the composer to attach a reference image or storyboard PDF, and point at what you like about it. “Like the window light in this photo” is more precise than ten adjectives. (members only)

05이유를 묻고, 안 맞으면 바로 말하세요Ask why, and say so when it doesn’t fit

추천에는 이유가 함께 나옵니다. 현장과 맞지 않는 부분이 있으면 그대로 말하세요. “천장이 낮아서 스탠드가 안 들어가요.” “그 렌즈는 이미 있어요.” 같은 대화 안에서 앞서 정한 내용을 바탕으로 다시 맞춥니다. “그럼 더 싼 건?”처럼 짧게 이어 물어도 앞의 맥락을 이어받습니다.Every recommendation comes with its reasons. If part of it doesn’t fit your situation, say so: “The ceiling’s too low for stands.” “I already own that lens.” Riggle reworks the plan in the same conversation, building on what’s already settled. Short follow-ups like “Anything cheaper?” carry the earlier context with them.

한 촬영은 한 대화에서 이어가고, 다른 촬영은 새 대화로 시작하세요. 조건이 섞이지 않아 답이 더 정확해집니다.Keep one shoot in one conversation, and start a new one for a different shoot. The conditions don’t mix, so the answers stay sharper.

06빌리기 전에 라이트랩에서 맞춰보세요Try the lighting in Light Lab before you rent

로그인하면 메뉴의 라이트랩에서 조명을 공간에 직접 놓아볼 수 있습니다. 조명마다 측정 자료가 있는 구성(기본·돔·소프트박스 등)을 골라 배치하고, 노출계로 그 배치에서 조리개·셔터·ISO를 어떻게 맞춰야 하는지 확인하세요. 장소의 전력 용량을 넣으면 과부하도 미리 알려줍니다. 몇 대가 필요한지, 어디에 둘지 빌리기 전에 감을 잡을 수 있습니다.Once signed in, open Light Lab from the menu and place lights in the space yourself. Pick each light’s measured configuration (bare, dome, softbox, and so on), and use the meter to see how aperture, shutter, and ISO need to change for that layout. Enter the venue’s power capacity and it warns you before you overload it. You get a feel for how many lights you need, and where, before you rent.

07계획이 정해진 뒤에 결과물을 요청하세요Settle the plan, then ask for outputs

조명 배치도, 콜시트, 콘티 이미지, 영상 클립은 요청할 때 만들어지고, 그때까지 대화에서 정해진 내용을 가져옵니다. 장비와 일정, 장소를 먼저 정하고 요청하면 결과물이 훨씬 완성도 있게 나옵니다. 이미지와 영상은 플랜 제공량을 쓰므로, 방향을 먼저 정하는 편이 제공량도 아낍니다.Lighting diagrams, call sheets, storyboard frames, and video clips are made when you ask, from whatever the conversation has settled by then. Settle gear, schedule, and location first and the results come out far more complete. Images and video draw on your plan’s allowance, so deciding the direction first saves that too.

• 콜시트는 “내일 촬영 콜시트 만들어줘” 한마디면 됩니다. 인쇄용 PDF와 수정 가능한 엑셀이 함께 나오고, 아직 정해지지 않은 항목은 지어내지 않고 TBD로 남깁니다. “종료 시간을 19시로”처럼 말하면 반영해서 다시 만듭니다. 다운로드 링크는 보안을 위해 7일 후 만료됩니다.For a call sheet, “Make me a call sheet for tomorrow” is all it takes. You get a print-ready PDF and an editable Excel file, and anything still undecided is left as TBD rather than invented. Say “Move wrap to 19:00” and it’s rebuilt with the change. Download links expire after seven days, for security.
• 다시 그릴 때는 바꿀 점을 함께 말하세요. 마음에 들지 않는다는 말만으로는 새로 그리지 않습니다. “역광으로, 인물은 더 멀리 두고 다시 그려줘”처럼 분명히 요청하세요.When you want a redraw, say what to change. Saying you don’t like it won’t make a new image on its own. Ask clearly: “Redraw it backlit, with the subject farther away.”

Narrow it with the partner and studio filters, and open addresses straight in Naver Maps to plan your route. Where a shop’s delivery, setup, or on-set crew support is known, it’s shown too.

구성이 정해지면 렌탈 요청서 초안으로 이어갈 수 있습니다. 품목·수량·대여 날짜·연락처를 확인한 뒤 제출하세요. Riggle이 먼저 접수하고 실제 샵 전달 여부와 진행 상태를 화면에 안내합니다. 접수 경로가 없는 샵에는 전달되지 않습니다. 요청서 접수는 예약 확정이 아니므로, 최종 견적·재고·예약은 샵과 직접 확인하세요.Once the setup is settled, you can turn it into a rental-request draft. Check items, quantities, rental dates, and contact details before submitting. Riggle receives the request first and shows actual shop-delivery status. Shops without an active delivery path do not receive it. Submission is not a confirmed booking, so confirm the final quote, stock, and booking directly with the shop.

촬영 중에 문제가 생기면 Riggle을 여세요. 빛이 너무 세다, 전원이 모자라다, 비가 온다처럼 지금 보이는 상황과 가지고 있는 장비를 적으면 바로 해볼 수 있는 방법을 찾아봅니다.When something goes wrong mid-shoot, open Riggle. Describe what you’re seeing — the light’s too harsh, power is short, it’s started to rain — and the gear you have with you, and it looks for fixes you can try right away.

휴대폰 홈 화면에 설치해 두면 주소창 없는 전체 화면으로 열립니다. 답변을 받으려면 인터넷 연결이 필요해요. 추천이 서버에서 계산되기 때문이에요. 오프라인일 때는 화면 위에 표시됩니다.Install it on your Home Screen and it opens full screen, no address bar. Answers need an internet connection, because the recommendation is computed on the server. A banner tells you when you’re offline.

11중요한 숫자는 한 번 더 확인하세요Double-check the numbers that matter

Riggle의 추천과 비용 정보는 좋은 출발점이지만, 마지막 확인은 현장에서 합니다. 대여료·재고·예약은 샵과, 노출과 밝기는 현장의 노출계로 확인하세요. 답에서 ‘약’, ‘추정’, ‘확인 필요’로 표시된 부분은 특히 다시 확인하세요.Riggle’s recommendations and cost information are a strong starting point, but the final check happens in the real world. Confirm rates, stock, and bookings with the shop, and exposure and brightness with a meter on set. Pay special attention to anything marked approximate, estimated, or to be confirmed.

• 답변 모델 고르기. 유료 멤버십에서는 입력창의 게이지 아이콘으로 답변 모델을 고를 수 있습니다. 고를 수 있는 모델은 플랜에 따라 다르고, 최상위 모델은 AI 상담 제공량이 더 빠르게 반영될 수 있습니다. 이번 이용기간의 AI 이용 한도가 거의 다 차면 남은 한도를 아끼기 위해 표준 모델로 답하고, 화면에서 알려 드립니다.Choosing the answer model. On paid plans, the gauge icon in the composer lets you pick the answer model. Which models you can pick depends on your plan, and the top-tier model can use your consultation allowance faster. When this period’s AI usage limit is nearly used up, answers switch to the standard model to stretch what’s left, and the screen tells you.
• 같은 계정으로 이어가세요. 로그인한 대화는 서버에 동기화됩니다. 다른 기기에서도 같은 계정으로 로그인하고 인터넷에 연결해 기록을 확인하세요.Continue with the same account. Signed-in conversations sync to the server. Sign in with that account on another connected device to access your history.
• 응답 시간과 제공량. 응답 시간은 질문과 처리 상황에 따라 달라집니다. AI 상담 제공량은 사용자의 질문·첨부자료와 Riggle의 답변을 중심으로 반영되며, 내부 지식 처리량은 포함되지 않습니다. 이와 별도로 모든 플랜에는 모델 사용 비용을 기준으로 한 AI 이용 한도가 있고, 이 한도에는 내부 지식 처리 비용도 포함됩니다. 이미지·영상 생성과 Riggle Agent 실행도 같은 AI 이용 한도에서 차감되므로 이 한도가 제공량보다 먼저 찰 수 있습니다. 한도에 도달하면 다음 기간이 시작될 때까지 AI 상담이 일시 중지됩니다.Response time and allowance. Response time varies with the request and processing conditions. Your consultation allowance is based primarily on your questions, attachments, and Riggle’s answers; internal knowledge processing is excluded from it. Separately, every plan has an AI usage limit based on model usage cost, and that limit includes internal knowledge processing. Image and video generation and Riggle Agent runs draw on the same limit, so it can run out before the allowance does. Reaching it pauses AI consultation until the next period begins.

Ask the next question on the same topic within a few minutes and it reuses what it just read; come back within the hour and it reuses the base knowledge, so a continued conversation draws less of your AI usage limit than one question, a long break, and a fresh start. Your consultation allowance never counted that internal processing, so it is unchanged.

• 로그인 후 멤버십 관리 → 멤버십 해지·환불을 여세요. 결제 내역, 공제 항목과 환불 예정 금액을 먼저 확인합니다.Sign in and open membership management → Cancel membership & refund. Review the payment, deductions and refund amount first.
• 한 번 확인하면 일반 전액·부분 환불이 관리자 승인 없이 자동 처리됩니다. 해당 결제만 해지되며 다른 결제의 이용기간과 계정은 유지됩니다.One confirmation processes ordinary full and partial refunds automatically, without admin approval. Only that purchase is cancelled; other paid periods and your account remain.
