Riggle은 사진·영상 촬영 준비를 돕는 비주얼 컨시어지입니다. 자유로운 질문이나 전체 촬영 브리프를 바탕으로 장비 구성과 선택 근거를 정리합니다. 배치도·콜시트·콘티 등은 요청할 때 생성하며, 기능과 제공량은 플랜에 따라 다릅니다. 렌탈 요청서는 검토·제출할 초안이며 예약 확정이 아닙니다.

Riggle is a visual concierge for photo and video preparation. Ask freely or complete the shoot brief to organize a gear package and the reasons behind it. Diagrams, call sheets, and storyboards are generated when requested; features and allowances depend on your plan. A rental request is a draft to review and submit, not a confirmed booking.

아니요. Riggle은 촬영만 합니다. 장비와 조명, 렌탈과 촬영 구성에는 깊게 답하지만, 번역이나 코딩, 숙제처럼 촬영 밖의 요청은 다루지 않거나 제한될 수 있습니다. 하나를 아주 잘하기 위해 나머지를 하지 않는 쪽을 택했습니다.

No. Riggle does one thing. It goes deep on gear, lighting, rental, and shoot planning, and it may decline or limit anything outside the shoot — translation, coding, homework. Doing one thing well meant not doing the rest.

모먼트·모션·마스터는 자동 갱신되지 않는 30일 멤버십입니다. 팀 멤버십은 2인부터 시작하고 카카오톡으로 안내해 드립니다. 제공 내용은 멤버십 상세에 전부 적어두었습니다.

Signed in, the free plan gives you up to 30 Sonnet answers per day, about 30 a month, and 30 images per month (up to 6 per 5 hours). Monthly allowances refresh on the 1st of each month at 9:00 AM KST. Image generation draws on the same AI usage limit.

무료 플랜에도 모델 사용 비용을 기준으로 한 AI 이용 한도가 있습니다. 긴 대화나 첨부파일은 이 한도를 더 빨리 사용하므로 실제 답변 횟수는 더 적을 수 있고, 한도에 도달하면 매월 1일 오전 9시(KST)에 새로 적용될 때까지 AI 상담이 일시 중지됩니다.

The free plan also has an AI usage limit based on model usage cost. Long conversations and attachments use it faster, so you may get fewer answers, and reaching it pauses AI consultation until the next period begins on the 1st of each month at 9:00 AM KST.

The rental directory is public. Joining is free; questions, projects, images, attachments, and rental-request submission require sign-in.

Every answer starts with Sonnet — free or paid. Stronger models aren’t the default; they’re a choice you can make. Every paid plan can pick Claude Opus 5.5 or Fable 5. Try, Motion and above can also select GPT-5.6 Terra when enabled and shown in the selector. Team can add extended models by agreement. Long answers from stronger models draw down your allowance faster. Switch anytime, below the composer.

No. Moment, Motion and Master are 30-day memberships you renew yourself. Without another purchase, you return to Free when it ends. To cancel the remaining period and request a refund, open membership management and choose Cancel membership & refund. Payment happens in NICEPAY’s secure window, and card details never touch Riggle’s servers.

로그인 후 멤버십 관리 → 멤버십 해지·환불에서 결제 내역, 공제 항목과 환불 예정 금액을 확인하세요. 한 번 확인하면 일반 전액·부분 환불이 관리자 승인 없이 자동 처리됩니다. 카카오톡 문의는 필수가 아닙니다.

Sign in, then open membership management → Cancel membership & refund. Review the payment, deductions and refund amount. One confirmation automatically processes ordinary full and partial refunds without admin approval. KakaoTalk is optional.

결제 내역이나 결제사 결과를 추가 확인해야 하는 경우에는 접수 상태가 표시됩니다. 중복 요청하지 말고 같은 화면에서 상태를 새로 확인해 주세요. 해당 결제만 해지되며 다른 결제의 이용기간과 계정은 유지됩니다. 처리 후 카드사 반영에는 영업일 기준 3~5일이 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.

If payment records or the provider result need verification, the request stays pending. Refresh its status on the same screen instead of submitting again. Only that purchase is cancelled; other paid periods and your account remain. Card statements may take another 3–5 business days to reflect a processed refund.

네. 모먼트·모션·마스터에서 장면 설명으로 짧은 영상 클립을 만드실 수 있습니다. 모먼트는 라이트(Lite) 화질까지 지원합니다. 무료 플랜에는 영상 생성이 없습니다. 콘티와 마찬가지로 촬영 전에 그림을 맞춰보기 위한 참고 영상이지, 납품용 결과물이 아닙니다.

Yes. Moment, Motion and Master can turn a scene description into a short clip; Moment is capped at Lite quality. The free plan has no video. Like storyboards, these are reference clips for agreeing on a look before the shoot — not footage to deliver.

30일 제공량은 모먼트 22, 모션 75, 마스터 150 크레딧입니다. 마스터는 개인용이며, 팀의 공용 제공량은 별도 견적으로 확인합니다. 영상 편 수는 길이와 설정에 따라 달라집니다.

The 30-day allowances are 22 credits for Moment, 75 for Motion, and 150 for Master. Master is a solo tier; Team's shared allowance is confirmed separately in its quote. The number of clips depends on duration and settings.

Veo 길이는 4·6·8초, 해상도는 최대 720p입니다. 하루에는 30일 영상 제공량의 25%까지 사용할 수 있어, 잔여 크레딧이 있어도 하루 한도로 생성이 제한될 수 있습니다.

Veo offers 4, 6, or 8 seconds at up to 720p. A day is limited to 25% of the 30-day video allowance, so the daily limit can block generation even with credits remaining.

Yes. Search the rental directory, filter by region or support service, and view published addresses and phone numbers without signing in. A listing does not guarantee partnership, stock, request delivery, or booking availability. Read each shop's conditions and contact it to confirm availability.

로그인 후 촬영 조건에 맞는 렌탈샵 후보와 요청서 초안을 상담할 수 있습니다. 품목·수량·일정·연락처를 확인하고 제출하면 Riggle이 먼저 접수하며, 실제 샵 전달 여부와 진행 상태를 화면에서 안내합니다.

Once signed in, discuss rental candidates and a request draft for your shoot. Review items, quantities, dates, and contact details before submitting. Riggle receives it first and shows actual shop-delivery status in the app.

Requests are not delivered to every shop in the public directory. Confirm actual stock, pricing, and rental availability with the shop.

아닙니다. 요청서를 보낸 것과 예약이 확정된 것은 다릅니다. 화면에서 실제 전달 여부를 먼저 확인하실 수 있고, 최종 견적과 재고, 보증금과 대여 조건은 렌탈샵의 회신으로 정해집니다. 아직 접수 경로가 연결되지 않은 샵에는 요청서가 가지 않습니다.

No. Sending a request and confirming a booking are different things. The app shows whether it was actually delivered, and the shop’s reply settles the final quote, stock, deposit, and terms. Shops without an active delivery path don’t receive it at all.

대화는 로그인 후 이용하며 서버에 동기화됩니다. 인터넷에 연결된 다른 기기에서 같은 계정으로 로그인하면 기록을 이어볼 수 있습니다. 대화 기록 삭제는 로그인 후 “내 데이터 삭제”에서 진행할 수 있습니다.

저장되는 대화 기록은 데이터베이스에 기록될 때 AES-256 방식으로 암호화되며, 복호화 키는 분리된 보안 환경에 보관되어 데이터베이스가 유출되어도 대화 내용은 그대로 읽을 수 없습니다. Riggle 운영자도 평소에는 대화를 열람하지 않으며, 접근은 장애 대응·법령상 의무 등 꼭 필요한 경우로 제한됩니다. 전송 구간은 HTTPS/TLS로 보호됩니다.

Chat requires sign-in and syncs to the server. Use the same account on another connected device to continue from your history. You can delete conversation history through “Delete my data” while signed in.

Stored conversation history is encrypted with AES-256 in the database, and the decryption key is held separately — so even if the database were leaked, the contents couldn't be read as-is. Riggle's operators don't read conversations in the normal course; access is limited to necessary cases such as incident response or legal obligations. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS.
