Every paid plan can pick Claude Opus 5 for harder judgments, and Motion and above can add GPT-5.6 or OpenAI image generation when they suit the job. Team can add extended models by agreement. No. It’s a 30-day membership you renew yourself, so there’s nothing to cancel. When it ends you return to Free, and you can pay again whenever you like. Payment happens in NICEPAY’s secure window, and card details never touch Riggle’s servers.

When you use a paid feature, service delivery starts immediately and custom digital outputs are generated from your brief, so the 7-day full cooling-off refund for simple change of mind may be restricted after use. Yes. Moment, Motion and Master can turn a scene description into a short clip; Moment is capped at Lite quality. The free plan has no video. Like storyboards, these are reference clips for agreeing on a look before the shoot — not footage to deliver.

아닙니다. 요청서를 보낸 것과 예약이 확정된 것은 다릅니다. 화면에서 실제 전달 여부를 먼저 확인하실 수 있고, 최종 견적과 재고, 보증금과 대여 조건은 렌탈샵의 회신으로 정해집니다. 아직 접수 경로가 연결되지 않은 샵에는 요청서가 가지 않습니다.

No. Sending a request and confirming a booking are different things. The app shows whether it was actually delivered, and the shop’s reply settles the final quote, stock, deposit, and terms. Shops without an active delivery path don’t receive it at all.

로그인하시면 대화가 서버에 저장되어 PC에서 시작한 상담을 휴대폰에서 그대로 이어보실 수 있습니다. 로그인하지 않으면 지금 쓰시는 브라우저에만 남고, 로그인 상태에서는 “내 데이터 삭제”로 언제든 전부 지우실 수 있습니다.

저장되는 대화 기록은 데이터베이스에 기록될 때 AES-256 방식으로 암호화되며, 복호화 키는 분리된 보안 환경에 보관되어 데이터베이스가 유출되어도 대화 내용은 그대로 읽을 수 없습니다. Riggle 운영자도 평소에는 대화를 열람하지 않으며, 접근은 장애 대응·법령상 의무 등 꼭 필요한 경우로 제한됩니다. 전송 구간은 HTTPS/TLS로 보호됩니다.

Signed in, your conversations are stored on the server, so you can start on your Mac and pick it up on your phone. Signed out, they stay in this browser only — and while signed in, “Delete my data” clears everything, anytime.

Stored conversation history is encrypted with AES-256 in the database, and the decryption key is held separately — so even if the database were leaked, the contents couldn't be read as-is. Riggle's operators don't read conversations in the normal course; access is limited to necessary cases such as incident response or legal obligations. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS.
